Q: How are orders paid?
A: Orders must be paid in full online via the electronic payment method set up on the website. 

Q: What happens if I place my order after business hours?
A: Orders placed after business hours will go towards the next business day.  


Q: When will my order be processed?
A: Orders take 2-3 days to be processed and will be shipped after. Visit our Terms and Conditions page for more information.


Q: Is my payment refundable?
A: All payments are non-refundable, but if you are unsatisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a new product to be shipped to you at a discounted price. 


Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipped time is based on the shipping method paid for. If a customer receives free shipping, then their items will be using the standard shipping method.
